
Microsoft to invest $765 Millions in two new Data Centers in Texas
Microsoft is expanding its Texas data center footprint with SAT89 and SAT90, two 244,700 sq. ft. facilities near San Antonio. The $765 million investment will bring Microsoft’s total owned capacity in the region to 5.7+ million sq. ft., with operations expected to begin before Q4 2028.
